OFFICIAL CITY OF ASBURY, IOWA COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS Regular Meeting: 6/28/2022 Council met at 7:00 P.M. The regular meeting of the Asbury City Council was called to order by Mayor Adams. Upon motion opened the public hearing at 7:09 p.m. (Unanimous) Upon motion closed the public hearing at 7:09 p.m. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 115-2022, a resolution approving and confirming plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Hidden Meadows Overlay Project. (Unanimous) Upon motion tabled and will reconsider Resolution No. 116-2022, a resolution approving a Chicken Coop Request at 5655 Sun Valley Drive. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 117-2022, a resolution approving Change Order No. 4 for the Cloie Creek Trail Project. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 118-2022, a resolution approving Pay Application No. 3 for the Cloie Creek Trail Project. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 119-2022, a resolution approving Change Order No. 1 for the Springreen Drive - Sunset Drive Project. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 120-2022, a resolution approving purchase of surveillance cameras for the Meadows Renovation Project. (Unanimous) Upon motion approved Resolution No. 121-2022, a resolution approving construction quote for the Brook Haven Culvert Repair. (Unanimous) Upon motion moved to adopt Ordinance 2-2022, an ordinance amending Chapter 74 "Golf Carts" of the Code of Ordinances, City of Asbury. (Unanimous) Upon motion moved that the statutory rule requiring said ordinance to be considered and voted on for passage at three council meeting prior to the meeting at which it is to be finally passed be suspended. (Unanimous) Upon motion moved to finally pass and adopt Ordinance No. 2-2022. (Unanimous) Upon motion moved to adopt Ordinance 3-2022, an ordinance amending Chapter 75 "All-Terrain Vehicles and Snowmobiles" of the Code of Ordinances, City of Asbury.
